Building a Brighter Tomorrow

TO:                  Parents

FROM:            Mrs. Greis

MAGAZINE DRIVE BEGINS TODAY!  Students will be coming home today with a packet filled with information, instructions and order forms.  This is one of PTO’s largest fundraisers.  Money raised from this year’s sale will be used to purchase new bell chimes for music class, additional AR tests for the Accelerated Reader program, a new rug for the elementary building, and possibly an awning for above our main entry.  VOLUNTEERS ARE STILL NEEDED TO COUNT ORDERS AND DISTRIBUTE PRIZES. Order counting days are:  9/2, 9/8, 9/10 and 9/14.  We will begin at 8 am on these days.  Prize days are:  9/3, 9/9, 9/13 and 9/15.  Times for the prize store are yet to be determined.  Please contact Laura Ryan at 384-8039 or lauraryan@insightbb.com if you can help or with any questions.   If you have already volunteered to help, THANK YOU!!!

ALL SCHOOL MASS - Friday, September 3, 8:00 am.

GRANDPARENTS DAY will be Friday, October 1. Mark your calendars now.  Details to come!

COKE REWARDS - TAKE NOTE HOW THIS REALLY HELPS - Mr. Bier is redeeming coupons for 268 20 ounce cokes.  GREAT JOB SO LET'S KEEP IT UP!  Codes for the My Coke Rewards program can be found on all Coca-Cola products including Powerade and Dasani water.    The list is long, but this does include all variations of Coke, Diet Coke, Vault, Mello Yello, Sprite, Barq's, and Fanta.   They are 12 digit/letter codes on the inside of cases (24), 12-packs, 20 ounce bottles (except Dasini), 2-liter bottles.   These rewards points are used to help with the AR store rewards and it is a free way for people to help the school and is something they probably throw away normally!
