Welcome to a new year!

 

This is my 15th year at St. Henry.  I am a Sister of Divine Providence and our provincial house is St. Anne Convent in Melbourne, KY.  The children will have the opportunity to visit the convent in September.

 

Several field trips are planned:

-        St. Anne Convent

-        Sunrock Farm in October

-        The Cincinnati Zoo in spring.

Since the beginning of school, the children have been busy reviewing the letters and their sounds; learning a few words to read and how to add and subtract.   They already know some songs about God.  They have taken a tour of church.

 

In addition to all that, the children have written letters to the senior members of our parish.

 

Since I send a weekly newsletter, you will not find homework at this site.
