Welcome Back!!

     Kindergarten will start coming to the lab this week.  We will start working on the computers, in our programs, after we have learned a little about how computers work.

   

     First grade will start working in our typing program, Jumpstart Typing, next week.  If they are new to our school it will be an easy adjustment because we all start out on the first lessons at the beginning of the year.

 

      Second grade has taken their STAR test and have logged in their typing program. 

 

     Third grade will be working on their typing as well.

 

    

 

 

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

 

    

     

   

 

 

     Fourth grade will be working in a different typing program this year.  They will be working in Mavis Beacon.  Right now they say it is better than Jumpstart Typing.  We will see as the year goes on how well they do.

 

      Fifth grade will be working in Mavis Beacon.  We will get started on Power Point as well.

 

   

     Sixth, seventh, and eighth grade will all be working in Mavis Beacon and Typing Instructor Deluxe.  Seventh grade will start out the year working on spreadsheets in Excel.

 

     Looks like the beginning of a great year!!!!
